Sure. You’re an idiot who thinks the way the law in Russia was in 1993 (the date of the article you posted) under Yeltsin has to be the same today 25 years later under Putin.
In 1993 Russia was still operating under Soviet Union laws simply because no “Russian” commerce laws had been created even though the Soviet Union no longer existed. And when a government official didn’t like the Soviet law, he just ignored it. The same for the people of Russia back then.
Thus the Russian saying, “The very strict laws of Russia are made tolerable only because no one obeys them.”

I’m not comfortable with our president having business relationships with foreign leaders, especially adversarial ones, just as I’m not comfortable with them getting million dollar birthday present "donations" or speaking fees from them either. If it even has the perseption of being able to cloud judgement about doing their job for the American people that shouldn’t be ok. Many here seem to defend something for Trump that they’d be very uncomfortable with Barry or Hillary doing.

The fundamental difference is trump had these relationships prior to his service. The clintons sought these relationships during their service. Your standard precludes private sector prior from choosing to serve which I want more of not less.
