He keeps making an arse of himself, and his tweets aren’t convincing anyone to vote for him. They are convincing people that he’s a complete idiot though.

If he insists on tweeting, at least get someone to proofread them first. It makes him look stupid and it reflects on his supporters as well. People don’t want to be vocal about supporting a moron.

I'm not disagreeing that Trump does himself no favors with his tweets. But you're beating a dead horse. Just let it go.

So you're saying he needs to stop doing the thing that got him elected in the first place? That's not a good idea

Less than 5% of Americans are on twitter

Why this board assumes that Americans are tuned in in large numbers to his twitter account is beyond me.

All of this is true.

People have been saying this for 5+ years now, and he keeps winning.

Pull your head out of your arse, junior.

This is the reality

That said, I am somewhat bothered/amazed at Trump's inability to gain better traction right now.

Democrats are being openly anti-America but he can't stay on message. He needs to start watching Tucker every night and just repeat most of what Tucker said the next day.

No. He needs to use it more wisely. It can be a powerful medium, but it's gone from a way to circumvent the MSM to a mechanism of his poor self control.

Trump can change the narrative of the day with a Tweet. The dems can't help themselves. They fall for it everytime.

His crazy tweets set him apart from the other GOP candidates in the primaries in 2016. That worked. There’s no reason to keep doing it now.

Never ever underestimate Trump, my friend. This is his way of pushing back unedited by the MSM. Can't get rid of one side of the coin without messing up the other....he is what he is, and it's a winning combination.

okay chill dude no one is arguing that. I was responding to the point that there is a limited population on Twitter. And, each tweet reaches the masses (including the mean media)

Yes, Trump needs to get off twitter and go along with whatever narrative the liberal media is pushing.
