I would advise them to ramp it up now that the movement to end birthright citizenship is now defeated and probably permanently defeated.

China's efforts in this department should expand to include the whole people of the world with the objective: Destabilize the USA to the maximum extent possible by making it ungovernable and on the brink of total financial collapse.

Birth tourism is a problem. It's not SCOTUS's job to fix that problem. These aren't contradictory.

True. Trump fixed the problem. SCOTUS ruled wrong.

The framers of the 14th Amendment were very clear about Birthright Citizenship:

"This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens"

The Supreme Court abandoned the Constitution

Are they compromised?

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor disclosed receiving $4,333 worth of concert tickets from Rimas Entertainment, the Puerto Rican record label that represents superstar Bad Bunny, as part of the latest round of Supreme Court financial disclosure reports.
These 2025 financial disclosures, which cover outside income, gifts, and other interests for eight of the nine justices, are required annually under federal ethics rules.

Justice Samuel Alito was granted a 90-day extension and has not yet filed.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson reported a $1.18 million book advance from Penguin Random House for her memoir, following nearly $2.07 million in advances from the same publisher the previous year.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett disclosed more than $849,000 in royalties from her 2025 book.

Justice Neil Gorsuch reported over $300,000 in book royalties, and smaller teaching stipends appeared for Chief Justice John Roberts, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, and Justice Clarence Thomas.

Sotomayor also listed nearly $88,100 in royalties from Penguin Random House tied to her children’s books, along with additional promotional spending by the publisher on one of her titles.

Did you miss the part where he says "who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons." This was later affirmed in the same debate by John Conness who stated

quote:

We are entirely ready to accept the provision proposed in this constitutional amendment, that the children born here of Mongolian parents shall be declared by the Constitution of the United States to be entitled to civil rights and to equal protection before the law with others.

In United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), the Supreme Court confirmed that children born in the United States receive birthright citizenship, regardless of whether their parents are non-citizen immigrants.[19]

SCOTUS certainly contributed to making it a problem in the first place with their confused decisions.

People keep posting Howard's quote, but the Court addressed it very well in the majority opinion today. His quote was part of a floor debate in the Senate and was refuted by multiple other senators during the writing of the amendment. There's a reason the text of the 14th amendment doesn't say "and no children of foreigners!" Look at the other quotes from the Senate debate:

The framers weren't dumb. They knew what the wording meant and moved forward anyway.

We are going to “principle” ourselves right out of being a republic.

Those who despise and wish to fundamentally change America have skillfully exploited our system and laws to their advantage.

They have played it well.

The sad thing is this really isn’t true. Despite all of this, we actually kick ourselves in the nuts far less often on average than almost any other country. It’s like we’re not trying to win a game while nearly all of our competitors are actively trying to commit suicide or saw their own limbs off. What nations like Canada, The UK, Germany, etc are doing is literally national suicide.

The U.S. is a nation with a drinking problem living in a world of fent leaning folks begging for cyanide capsules.
