The Supreme Court today made clear that it's job was to enshrine the problem through a non-contextual interpretation of the constitution. What's done is done.
Those of us who value common sense will have to find ways to legally circumvent the Supreme Court's stupidity. For example, we could certainly cease to allow gravid foreigners entry into the country as birth tourists. It is possible we could insist as a condition of entry under certain visas, or asylum that paperwork be filed rejecting US citizenship of any child born during their period of stay.
But the Supreme Court did this country no favor today.

It used to be if you were pregnant you were not allowed entry for obvious reasons.
And the child birth could easily be contested if it oops, happened in the US right after arrival.

in a decade to 20 yrs there will easy be over a million 18yo+ america born chinese in China alone. That never stepped foot here, and will be sent here to infiltrate every level of our system. The commonality is the desire to declare the founders could not adquately contemplate the consequences of modern life, so the original purpose no longer applies. Same thing democrats do when they say "the founders never contemplated assault rifles (sic) being used for mass shootings!" to claim the 2A shoud be invalidated and gun control forced on people.

The 14th amendment was written when we had literal open borders and were deeply suspicious of the Chinese.

This is why we have the amendment process. If society changes and we have to adapt, the correct process is to amend the Constitution.
Otherwise, you're saying the Constitution is a "living document" and you sound like leftists saying the 2A only applies to muskets .This argument also implies the 1A doesn't apply to the internet (because the authors could have NEVER intended the 1A apply to something like the internet they could not comprehend).

Yesterday’s ruling was a great day for the Fundamental Change enthusiasts.
Of course Congress could actually do it’s own job and address this but half of Congress is made up of Fundamental Change enthusiasts as well and the other half doesn’t do much of anything except go on TV to talk about what “they will do” if re-elected.
