One year as an offensive assistant, one as a QB coach, and now OC for a Super Bowl hopeful where disfunction has already taken hold? Best of luck to the guy but it's hard not to see this crashing and burning next season

Well, he's proved he can win a championship as the passing game coordinator at a different level of football, not sure that's automatically transferrable to being an NFL head coach
