It’s not on the courts to adjust laws when their intended purpose no longer matches reality. That would be the job of Congress and in this instance, the States as well.

Constitutional amendment would be the most obvious path though its likelihood of success would be steep given the current makeup.
I believe the last time Congress did similar (an amendment) was over 30 years ago.
But aside from Rand introducing one, the rest of them won’t do much about it and it will die quietly.
So yes, legally speaking, those of us who see this legal loophole of birthright citizenship being exploited to the republic’s ultimate detriment are more or less screwed as it stands now.
