all of this is a lie. he posted an endorsement of her on truth the day before. and even if someone autopenned that post or he forgot - he does post a lot and is very old - there is zero chance he hadn't been briefed on the election results and his endorsed candidate getting smoked. i knew about it when he gave that interview - he knew all about it and stood there and lied. multiple times. he lied about what republican spent vs the dem candidate. it's not like those numbers fluctuated wildly on the last day. he lied there. and then lied again about knowing nothing about it.
i'm sorry you've been duped. he's a very good con man, possibly the best ever, so nothing to be ashamed of. just stop falling for easily disproven bullshite

i guess the part that gets me is this isn't even something worth lying about. slick willie dipping his pen in the company ink? yeah, that's worth a lie. a sound defeat in a state senate race that in the end is fairly inconsequential? use it as a moment to say "yes, that's disappointing, we gave it our all. it should remind everyone the importance of getting out and making your voice heard for the candidate you support. i vow to tirelessly support the candidates i believe will help guide this country to success and we will fight to make america great again"
