Yes it will be over turned and the higher court will strike it down.
The media will blitz it all across the air, bit what they do not get is their BS coverage no longer works.
All they are doing is making him a living martyr.
I hope Trump takes it to the next level too. Sue the hell out of the state of New York and all involved.

Guilty of what? No one in that courtroom has shown 1 morsel of evidence that a crime was committed.

If a hung jury and mistral declared they will reset new trial within 30 days.
Edit. Tried cases for decades. Never had a lawyer on a jury. One side, sometimes both would challenge. Judges would exclude for cause particularly in criminal cases. If there are two lawyers on jury the judge wanted them there.
One week continuance before closing . . . the jurors will be visited.
Trump guilty, never stand up on appeal. Huge push to exclude Trump for election. Can a convicted felon in NY run for public office? Other states? Should he?
White college middle class women take notice.

But it is very clear that more than one woman signed NDA from a Trump attorney and that he used the "you look like my daughter" line to get himself in the mood.

I've heard that two members of the jury are lawyers. If they've sat there thinking, "this isn't how a trial is supposed to go," then you could have a hung jury. Since it's NY, those odds are weak.
With the way the trial has been run, I think they'll find him guilty of whatever crime they haven't introduced to the jury and then it'll be overturned.

I love how people say 'no proof' to things multiple people testified to in court but then say this rumor with no legitimacy.

Literally didn't happen but you can keep speaking it into existence I guess.
But again, you have to PROVE it. The prosecution pulled two of the biggest liars on earth as their star witnesses and it went about as poorly as possible.
