As far as stopping those abusing it.

1. Keep border secure.
2. Order customs to turn back women from overseas that are in their 3rd trimester pregnancy
3. Order immigration to deny visas to pregnant women. They must submit to a pregnancy test. Single women here on visas must report every 6 months to take a test. They get deported if pregnant and unmarried
4. Illegals not yet deported but have a child already born here that’s a citizen have a choice: take child with them when deported or leave him here to go into foster care

Agencies in charge of these are under executive branch and an EO ordering these rules should be under Trumps authority. It’s not permanent but it’s a start until hopefully Congress gets off their arse

Unclear to me that the child of an undocumented immigrant is “subject to the jurisdiction” to the United States.

I think SCOTUS made an interesting leap here, but I will support it. If our lawmakers want to change birthright citizenship they should do it with an amendment.

Once you are about to or have kids it’s time to stop traveling. You need to grow up and go to work and provide for your family

No. 1 is key. I think we should build a wall. And moreover I think we should get Mexico to pay for it

The silver lining is this ruling will cause significant change going forward regarding border control.

Uh no. Borders will reopen as soon as democrats regain control. John Roberts is a known weasel. Trump can only blame himself for ACB.

The very concept of "birthright citizenship" in a jus soli framework presupposes a monarchy.

So Trump should declare his monarchy, and everyone born on my soil is my subject. You will pay my taxes, mow my lawns, tend my field, wash my cars, fight my wars, and put a nice French Quarter shine on my shoes. Benefits? I owe you no benefits. You were born on my soil. You owe me. Now get to work.

Absolutely!

It's called mass deportations by the tens of millions.

The biggest problem with BRC is it promotes a bad incentive.

If you are a soon to be parent, getting across a border is the only thing stopping your kid (and yourself eventually) from getting a golden ticket to the greatest country in the world.

It makes getting here to deliver under any circumstance a reasonable decision.

Until you take away the incentive that makes what they’re doing reasonable (for them), you aren’t going to fix anything.

1) No VISA access into the USA ???? if your pregnant
2) No TSA flights for any foreigner into the USA if pregnant
3) Restrict VISAs from China ???? and Birthright industry countries into the USA for women until they stop abusing our constitutional law to exploit the 14th Amendment adopted for the children of slaves!

Let’s go Trump!!!

Let’s see immediate TSA/DHS pregnancy test screening for all NoN-USA women flying into the USA effective immediately at their expense! Thanks to SCOTUS!!

You assume a republican in the Executive forever. You also know if a Democrat gets in, your four points are worthless. They will symbolically tear down the wall.

Make if a felony to intentionally enter the US illegally. Make a heavy fine for falsifying VISA applications, for intentionally overstaying a VISA, etc. Make it a felony for a GOV official to accept and process incomplete documentation in regards to VISA, immigration, and GOV benefits, make it a felony to knowingly employ an illegal alien.

They come here because it is easy to break our laws and live a good life here. Let's make it so it isn't, and make it so that anyone who tries to or facilitates it is punished.

etc, etc.
