Had two fixed in New Orleans long time ago. I think it's worth fixing if possible, tired of throwing stuff away and adding to landfill.

Think the price will increase on all vehicles, some American models use foreign made parts

No sure I want to just rush out and buy based solely on tariffs, duly noted though

Does that possible pool addition raise your property taxes? Just asking. Personally I think it's a great idea family wise. When the heat comes, it will be great.

Exterior painting

Need the house painted, got a quote from a guy who has completed some work for me from the past. House is two story brick construction but many areas will need rotted wood replaced. I was quoted $17000 to paint, primer, and repair. This also includes pressure wash entire exterior. Is this price too high?

Need repair suggestions. My Echo SRM-225 bogs down while trimming yard. My repair guy said it's due to not filling gas tank completely which causes engine to suck in air. I'm skeptical about that, anyway I still have problem. Any thing I can check to fix this problem?
