Is there any nefarious reason that Gabriel might be cruising this track? Is the reason for “No Trespassing “ designation related to security concerns? Could terrorist sabotage of the track at this point be a concern?
Hostin is so delusional that she can never be expected to consider the above factors, but those concerns remain valid in regard to the LE which are charged with preventing terrorist calamity.
LE should have chewed both of their asses out on video via the above and told them get out and follow the LAW, as they are not above it. And don’t come back. And they should refer the Son’s case to higher investigation mechanisms to determine whether his social media presence hints of possible terrorist sympathy in casing those tracks. No foul, let it go.

The officers were way more deferential than needed.
They were writing a simple ticket. Tell mom it’s a simple process and her presence isn’t required. Write it up and keep trucking.
At the very least point all communication towards the offender, and not the uninvolved parent of the adult.
