I know this is the transit but I’m sure it’s similar to class 1 rail- getting arrested by a class 1 officer is no joke. They hold the same power as federally authorized officers, bc they are as well.

Just another jogger! But seriously, while he may actually have a decent case for not seeing a posted sign, he still decided to give the officers some lip when they informed him he was jogging in a restricted area. Seems the sign was on the gate, which was open. So as he approached the gravel path, the warning wasn’t visible. At least that’s the story.
