Guilty of 8-12 charges out of 34…not guilty on 4 or so and hung on 10. There will be some dumbass deal like that.

This is what I think too. Merchan made it easy on them to ride the fence. If they say quilty on about 8-12 charges it’ll still be a blow to the mainstream media. Biden will try and use it, but to no effect. It’ll get thrown out on appeal after the election and media will act shocked.

There were 35 some odd charges. I'm guess he'll be guilty on at least a handful of the misdemeanors, but hung on all of the felonies.

If any of the misdemeanors offer jail time, they will give him the maximum allowed.

Trump guilty of most charges. Those jurors were visited during the one week recess.

Will judge order Trump held without bond?

He won't survive 24 hrs at Rikers.

This has backfired on dems so bad the best outcome for them is a hung jury so they can start retrial next week. Unless they are willing to JFK him.

My father and his 5 brothers served during WW II. Glad they are not seeing the country they served become a totalitarian dictatorship.

The will deliberate feverishly for almost four hours before reaching a guilty verdict.

And by feverishly, I mean they will have a 2 hour lunch. Followed by each of them getting one-on-one time with their book-tour agents and setting up various media meet and greets. They will have a short 15 minute champagne celebration. And then ultimately, they will take the last 10 seconds of their 4 hours going around the table and giggling the word, "guilty".

I'm holding firm in my belief that the two lawyers on the jury respect the law enough to hold out.

What if those two lawyers were SFP and CommieHank?

Hung jury, roughly 11-1 guilty.

Acquitted - 30%
Hung - 50%
Guilty - 20%

Partially depends on the jury instructions and how fair they are, or aren’t.

Might get a hung jury. But a not guilty verdict isn't happening.

There's no way this ends in a not guilty verdict. The judge won't allow it.

Nothing about this trial has been legitimate even the guilty verdict tmrw. Years from now we’re going to find out there’s been jury bribes and intimidation going on the entire time.

It was a ridiculous case on its basis, the prosecution proved nothing and their case rests entirely on the non-existent credibility of convicted perjurer Michael Cohen.....

It was a sham trial.

He will be found guilty.

Either hung jury or guilty with succesful appeals. Merchan has made too many gross errors to just let this one skate. Merchan thinks that throwing the case to the prosecution will sway enough centrists/undecided regardless of appeal. That said the biggest mistake they keep making is punching Trump in the gut. He just keeps coming back for more. The most effective thing they could do is IGNORE HIM AND WALK AWAY.

This is how you know its TDS and not rational opposition. If the Ds' were rational, they would pull Biden, put in a moderate like Hickenlooper or Beshear, campaign a bit, completely ignore Trump*, and have a good chance at winning.

*By completely Ignore I mean drop all court cases of any sort, don't debate, etc... don't give the man any opportunity for air time
