I could be wrong but I think the dude that puked out this OP was stuck on some Boomer Bashing thread for several days awhile back. If it's the same dude, I think I told him to tell his Boomer parents/grandparents how he feels about them and just let it go. If it's not the same dude, I give the OP the same advice.

We know his budget will probably cover 8-10 interns, so he’ll hire 6-8 freaks who won’t show up to work, complain, need safe spaces, sick days, PTO, etc. and wil also hire 2 normal interns who will carry the load, doing the work for everyone.

I always politely tell them to share their Boomeritis anger with their Boomer parents/grandparents......get it out of their system so to speak. Let those Boomer parents and grandparents make an informed decision on whether someone who hates them should be in the final will/trust.

The “boomer” hate is starting to be funny. “Boomer” is not even being used for baby boomers any longer, it’s anyone that hasn’t made stupid financial decisions and is actually doing well. I swear, a kid blamed me for sh!ting his pants the other day and called me a “boomer”. I’m Gen X. Wtf?
