So let’s compare: three words and an obvious picture of a blithering idiot pointing directly at the gas prices making the message loud and clear vs 33 words (11 times the length) with two images that really say nothing and one of which contains a hammer making people think of communism and it’s out of the way not near the gas price where someone will clearly see it. I wonder who has the more effective messaging?

Never trust a politician but let's nationalize everything and let the politicians control us

So, all the people that hate subsurface pipelines are now in favor of railroad construction and transportation of hydrocarbons?

The first step (nationalize oil) and lay step (never trust politician) seem pretty damn contradictory.

they didn't think of that far through.

And remind me while we're building railroads?

I always enjoy the "build more railroads" stupidity.

As much as the left melts down over "violating indigenous rights", clearing land, environmental crap, etc. over a gas pipeline, imagine building new track and infrastructure for rail. It would never, ever happen. And that last line, lord. The left WORSHIPS government.

Add solar fields to this. They bulldoze 100's of acres at a time for them and not a peep from progressives about it

Not only that, a southern border wall would cause irreversible damage to the ecosystem. Apparently building railroads all over the country would not.

Build both for all I care but holy shite, leftists are such hypocritical fricking liars

The steps advocated there could reasonably be called “The Venezuela Plan”.

The left doesn't want cheaper gas. They don't want "you" to use gas at all.

They want vertical living. Cramped spaces where everyone gets the same shite lifestyle of living in a box and staring at a screen with earplugs in to mute out the sounds of the outside world.

These people do not want freedom, because freedom reveals their inadequacy to compete in a free market. They want communism. There's a hole in their soul, so they want to fill it with platitudes of equity and sustainability. Buzzwords like those are their mantra. It soothes the conscience to think that they're living a "sustainable" lifestyle, but at the cost of individuality or self-actualization. They are boring, mediocre individuals at best, and no amount of false achievements in a metaverse will replace the feeling of pride earned through work and motivation.

Hollow people on the left. They are empty in more ways than one. The loss of humor is just one of the early signs.
