The new and hopefully much improved RNC needs to be laser focused on these states cleaning up voters roles making sure they are not violating the state and federal laws etc.
I heard Scott Pressler was moving to PA to register voters as well as other things....

It's probably just a troll ploy to get the Rinos and Dems to start disagreeing with the thought of a loan instead of aid. There is no way it would even be brought up by the Senate but it is a way to get it in the conversation.
With a loan maybe Congress would not be as involved as they are in aid...

Their guilt is not in question the lack of equal justice in DC is the problem. No one will arrest and prosecute the Dems as they own the DC circuit Judges and their juries.
