Walker was justified in shooting at intruders busting into his house under such circumstances.

Why do blacks always protest for the scummiest people - they found a dead body in her car. She wasn’t some victim - she played stupid games and won. The amount of ignorance of this case is astounding.

I dont know that to be true. But I know it to be true that her Boyfriend shot a cop.

He shot a unidentified intruder that broke into the apartment where he was sleeping, that it turned it to be a cop after the fact is not relevant. The cops are the ones that put everyone in the apt at risk.

Man,I really miss the conservatives from the Reagan era, definitely could relate to those non bootlickers. Even the militias during the Clinton years were respectable Amd had balls compared to y'all worshippers of of those that invade our rights.

Was Walker even hit? But Taylor was hit 6 times? Does anybody have a rational explanation for how this could happen other than Walker used her as a human shield?

If he does not shoot, she is alive today.

While I agree; I disagree with the way the warrant was executed. Originally it was called a "No-Knock" now its being called a "Knock' warrant. Regardless of which type it was if you wake me up at 2-4 am busting in my door you might get shot. I sleep upstairs and probably will not hear a knock downstairs but I will hear my door being kicked in. At that point I don't care who you are or what you say I will come full bore. Just because someone says they are cops doesn't make it so.

This is a bad situation and I hope God blesses B Taylor's soul for being caught in the cross fire. If anything positive comes from this it should be the end of "No-Knock" and late night warrants. Criminals don't just work between midnight and 6:00 am. You can catch them almost anytime of day.

No-knock or not, the policy of busting into residences — especially in the dark of night — should be reserved only for the most extreme of circumstances such as a hostage situation or terrorist bomb making cell where innocent lives are in immediate and imminent danger.

Who knows what they were actually aiming at, it was a dark apartment, the three cops discharged a total of 32 rounds with 10 fired by the officer that was charged going into a adjacent apartment.

I get your point, 808's point...etc.. The fact is, you are not dealing drugs out of your homes either. ETC...

No matter how you look at this, the guy via his actions prior to and during the arrest put her at risk.

You want to argue the validity of no knocks, then we are going to most likely agree on most of the points.

Not according to neighbors who I would trust more than the cops in this situation since not surprisingly they didn’t turn on their body cams.
