It was his actions that caused her death.

He shot the cop that resulted in her death.

If he does not shoot, she is alive today.

Of course. It’s felony murder - at least in Louisiana it would be.

If someone dies during the course of your commission of a felony it’s on you even if you didn’t kill them and even if you had no intent.

Yep. I haven't studied it in detail in years, but unless there's some element I'm not aware of, it fits.

Why do blacks always protest for the scummiest people - they found a dead body in her car. She wasn’t some victim - she played stupid games and won. The amount of ignorance of this case is astounding.

Wasn’t he chilling in his own home and then some people broke down the door unannounced? I get that what the cops did fall under protection of the law, but it’s a bad law that hopefully Rand gets changed. If someone breaks down my door in the middle of the night I’m going to do my best to protect my family, too
