It doesn’t appear so, but I believe the B-1 has a larger capacity, yet is not certified to carry all kinds of bombs that the b52 can.
B-1 can carry 75k plus another 50k externally
B52 carries 70k altogether.
Multiple trade offs and different roles for sure.

Growing up in Shreveport roughly 6 miles from Barksdale I love me some B-52s. I miss the days of seeing the A-10s flying low and fast.

Can you imagine being an Iranian soldier knowing you gave no air defense? I can already hear the sound of the WEF countries screaming for us to stop.

That is a bad arse base for sure. I remember they sent Bush there first after 911. It is huge.
