In local elections, it very well could be.

im still pissed trump gave in and shut down his voter fraud task force, they were making a difference which iswhy they were forced to shut it down by the deep state.

im glad things are still being done at state levels to get things fixed

They were shut down because it was such an incompetent operation that nothing was getting done.

58,000 votes over 22 years in a state with a population of 28M. They have at least 1 state election a year, so that's 616M potential votes - oh no 0.009% of all votes?!

Let's pass stricter voter ID laws that can disenfranchise tens of thousands every election to combat this grave threat!

How many illegal votes did NC find in one district.

I bet the percentage of votes is much higher in NC.

It will hurt the GOP when they say illegals vote. The response is we have proof the GOP cheated in one district in NC how many other districts did they cheat in

I work with someone who is Irish with a green card. He votes in every single election except for President. Legally.

You're wrong. And I'm right.

So I did some googling: A green card is not enough in Texas (and a bunch of other states). However if you have "declared your intent to become a citizen" (which is a formal legal step, you just "declare" it like Michael Scott declares bankruptcy), you can vote.

So your friend is probably on his path to citizenship. Or breaking the law and getting away with it!

Fake News again, Sad!

Your friend if doing this in Texas, is 100% in error:

LINK

quote:

When applicants obtain green cards in the U.S., this entitles them to apply for a driver’s license. In Texas, as in many states, when individuals apply for driver’s licenses, they are asked if they would like to register to vote. Many immigrants understandably assume at this point that they are entitled to vote because voter registration has been offered to them. They register to vote and, in some cases, actually vote in national and local elections.

Understandably assume...but incorrectly

quote:

In Texas, when you register to vote, the materials ask for verification that you are a citizen and entitled to vote. By completing the voter registration application, you are wrongfully claiming to be a U.S. citizen.

When he shows his "proof," then we can believe it. I've learned not to believe anything that comes out of a Republican's mouth unless I know it to be true in the first place.

Remember Trump's commission that spent millions of dollars of taxpayers' money right after he went into office searching for all those millions of "illegal voters" who cost Trump the popular vote? That came to absolutely nothing but wasted money, and the commission was quietly disbanded.

Because states wouldn’t turn over the info. The states that wouldn’t do this also happened to be 8 of the top 10 for illegal immigrants. Just a coincidence right?
