You could just scroll a bit and find what you’re looking for.
Really?
No one has yet explained what power the USSC, or the POTUS, has over an ES citizen in ES being detained by ES government.
I mean, I guess we could say "please"... but Bukele already said "no".

And again, he should. Would improve his credibility as it pertains to immigration policy.
Lol I think his credibility on immigration policy is well intact.

Notice I said it was a material misrepresentation. Meaning the claim that he has “never been charged with a crime” omits important information.

How is his whereabouts now relevant to the question of did he get due process when we was here?
Spoiler: 9-0, he did not.
Chief Justice John Roberts temporarily stayed the order, which the full court later upheld to the extent, in the court’s words, that it “properly requires the government to ‘facilitate’ Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador.”

There’s probably nothing that’s gonna happen for this guy, he’s probably sunk. I could be wrong but that’s my guess. I legitimately feel bad for his kids but that’s about the end of my sympathies.
It will be ok, lil lady. I’m sure once the democrats and msm tell you to be outraged over something else next week, you’ll get over this guy and “his kids”. At least now his kids won’t have to watch their mom get her arse beat again.

If true, why is Kash not backing up Trump on this deportation? A little news paper found out about this, but not one of the 99% "good guys" in the fbi passed this up to Kash?

As for the domestic abuse charges, why wasn't he arrested if they were filed?
Maybe Maryland is chock full of admitted sanctuary counties/cities and wouldn't actually share that information with the feds?!

That’s because nobody is arguing any of that (at least that I know of).
So yes, REALLY.

Can you not read? The Supreme Court was unequivocal. The deportation to El Salvador was illegal.
The only question is whether U.S. courts can do anything to remedy that illegality. Ultimately, the answer will be "no." That's the correct answer. Good riddance to Abrego Garcia.

He got due process. Twice.
An administrative error sent him to his country of origin.
Oops.
They are facilitating his return right now. Of that I am sure. It takes time though. Maybe eighteen months. Maybe six years. You never know. He is in a sovereign country.
In the meantime censure the Executive Branch. See how far that gets you.

And the DOJ attorney who “acknowledged the deportation was illegal” was subsequently fired for insubordination.

IDK man, it’s his only big issue that not underwater and it’s now in the single digits. Still lots of time, but not great!

Your highlight reads...
The United States [as in the government, not the USSC] acknowledges... that the removal to ES, was, therefore illegal.
Ellipsis due to not wanting to type the entirety.
The GOVERNMENT no longer "acknowledges' that and the cat that said so, has been dealt with.

Seems to be a pretty safe wager

Bingo! A Biden DOJ holdover tried to tank the match.

That's the same shitty poll that had Kamala winning by 7 points, right?
Posted on 4/16/25 at 10:41 pm to IvoryBillMatt
So we need to facilitate his trade to Venezuela.

Lol. Now you're just making up stuff. So there ARE arrests, but we just don't know about them?
Anyhow...good night.

So, you are saying... errbody hates errthang he is doing EXfrickingCEPT how he's dealing with "immigration "?
1st.. that it says "immigration" rather than illegal immigration, or illegal aliens, speaks volumes as to the bias of this poll.
2nd... this ain't the "gotcha" you think it is.
3rd... a thousand people? great poll!
