Due to command structure, it is not that hard. Squad leader covers his 4-10, they tell the platoon leader all present and or accounted for, platoon leader gets word from his 3-4 squad and tells the company commander which hears from his 3-4 platoon leaders and so on up the chain. Each "link" is only responsible for at most 4-10 (squad level) reports. The rest are usually 3-4 reports.

No we haven't crossed that bridge yet we are just in the 1st quarter of the football game. You think there is a severe shortage of goods now when they take Taiwan there won't be any goods at your local Walmart, Target, BestBuy, John Deere, Auto dealer, boat dealer, hunting shop, etc.
We are still getting chips right now which is why we are in the 1st quarter.

Both are true. We can probably put a bandaid on the semiconductors relatively quickly in the grand scheme of things. Taiwan nor us can put a bandaid on Taiwan falling to China at all at this point.
