Amex needs to check their privilege and start issuing Amex black cards to under-served POC, regardless of their credit history bc credit scores are systemically racist

I remember back in the day it was practically a privilege to have an AmEx card. Back then you had to pay the full balance at the end of the each month.

dumb business practice, will cause issues in the rank and file employees, cost them great employees and embolden the lazy, unproductive and ineffecient employees.
