Sunny is one of the most recognizable faces of racism that’s out there. When she started out as a television legal consultant years ago, she had a little bit of sense and objectivity about her. Now she’s just trying to be as outrageous as possible.

First time bar passage rate for LSU law is about 90%. These are mid 20 yr old, no working experience, first time takers, at a lower tier state school. Southern is obviously much lower, but still over 50%. It's not really supposed to be this big crazy difficult exam.

She says this not having any clue how many black people showed up for jury duty and how many were actually in the pool of selectees. She has probably never answered a summons before.
