Squabbling over something that’s known since juries have been a thing. And since woman and minorities could be on juries.
You can’t SAY you are excluding a juror because they’re black. But it happens all the time and everywhere. You can’t exclude woman for being women. But if it’s a case involving the son of a single mom you can bet every female potential juror who’s divorced will have a ticket home. But you can’t be stupid enough to say it’s because she’s a woman. Do the lawyers even have to give a reason???

The opposite is also true, you can’t select a juror simply because they are black
