Sure you can. That doesn’t mean that it would be admitted to.

That's true, Sunny. That's why they didn't do that.

Weren't they educator's .... of yuts and were struck because of potential bias/impact.

The one white educator taught adults.

Sonny is a race baiting grifter, regardless. I hope she keeps it up... it will bite her in the arse eventually.

Her family was heavily involved in slave trading and child trafficking.

And you shouldn’t include someone on a jury just because they’re black Sunny.

You can strike someone off a jury if they tell you they have reached a conclusion before even hearing and examining all the facts. But, she knows this and will always omit the facts to form and convey her worldview.

I'd be willing to bet that the CPA exam is more difficult. I've never met a stupid CPA.

It is. Pass rate is around 50 percent whereas the bar is closer to 70. And a the CPA exam is more technical.

What's so bad about her is the willful, shameless ignorance just to cater to the low IQ crowd. She knows full well exactly how jury selection works and what is and is not allowed. She was a fricking federal prosecutor at one time.

The problem with people like Sunny Hostin is that they have zero perception that every point they stand behind is based on race.
If the case was involving a white kid being stabbed by an Asian kid, I'd bet my left nut that she wouldn't have the same approach about 3 Asians being removed from the jury for being teachers.

I'm glad to hear that, since I passed the CPA exam.

Not bragging.

I hate these fricking retards. The wild conspiracy theories that people have blabbered ranging from Metcalf and four of his friends surrounded Karmelo to having an all-white jury to claiming Karmelo didn't stab him is just stupid. All because some people see the color instead of the crime. Stop blaming evil whitey for shite that dumb blacks do.

Doesn't each side get to reject 6 or so for no reason other then maybe they don't like the way walked into the room?

I was excused from a jury by a plaintiff lawyer and later found out at work that the lawyer was involved in lawsuits against my employer. They don't have to give a reason. They only question asked of me was who I worked for.

I thought you generally had to have a valid reason so it can't be challenged later. In this case in particular, it was very easy. Three of them were educators and could have had personal relationships either with the students themselves or with families of the students. The others that were not educators admitted in open court they would not prosecute someone the same color as them.
