Well, the harm could be Post Vaccination Syndrome, sometimes colloquially referred to as “Long Covid.”
People with elevated spike proteins post vaccination appear to be more likely to have PVS.

So yes people that are obese and diabetic and have pitiful immune systems and terrible cardiovascular problems are going to be sicker longer and not deal with it as well as healthy individuals. It all boils down to our extremely unhealthy population. No, this isn’t me defending the covid vaccine it was absolute garbage.
