This is the problem, they attempt to use "assigned" sex. Sex isn't assigned, it's just what you are born as.
A human fetus which develops a penis is a male.
A human fetus which develops a vagina is a female.
A boy is a young human male.
A girl is a young human female.
A man is an adult human male.
A woman/lady is an adult human female.
It's no more difficult than that. Having to get to that point of specificity just underscores how ridiculous the "genderfluid" mindset it.

I often wonder why these "types" of people are just not categorized as "mentally retarded". It used to be as simple as that and the country did fine.
