He charged him and pissed himself when KR shot skater guy.

KR was retreating. Lefty was charging. Cut and dry.

I'm sure AgayHank has seen this quote, but he's too big a commie to admit it.

I have not seen any video of him either assaulting young Kyle OR pointing a weapon at him. Please link any such video you think you have seen.

Well he said that killing him was his intent and he only regrets his hesitation counselor

For limp arm boy it was.....so get over it....he isn’t some good guy that volunteers to clean up graffiti.

There was a handgun discharged at that time based on the NYT’s video analysis. Was it his?

Haven’t seen if that shooter has been identified....but ballistic analysis should be able to determine if a round had been fired off in his handgun that night.

Wrong

This is the one that should worry the defense team.

Really? Even after the guy came out and stated his only regret was not pulling the trigger faster and unloading his entire mag into Kyle to kill him?

Yeah, I’m sure you are correct though. Dumbass

Such a stupid comment. This jackass was the last of three tards that were shot by Kyle. Kyle perceived the threat to be over, moved to safety, and turned himself in. Shooting Kyle would have changed nothing other than a dead Kyle and this guy sitting in prison for the rest of his life

But was committing a crime while armed.

Notice in the video he had his pistol pointed at Rittenhouse seconds before the latter disarmed him. Clearly self defense, but he's being portrayed as a benevolent medic and photographer.

He does not seem to have been a convicted felon, but rather on some sort of deferred adjudication ... with the condition that he not possess weapons.

Got a link to prove this? TIA!

Yes, he approached Kyle carring a weapon, but he has the same 2nd Amendment rights as anyone else. (Probation violation was not known to Rittenhouse.) The video does not show him pointing the weapon at Kyle, and he had his hands raised in submission.

I would think this would be classified as "brandishing" and intent to shoot is implied?

Watch it again. He had his hands raised in submission, but as soon as Kyle lowered his AR he charged at him.
I can see that argument. I can also see an argument that he was not moving directly toward Kyle but rather past him to Kyle’s left.

AGAIN I think young Rittenhouse prevails on self-defense

But I submit that anyone who cannot acknowledge the third shooting as the most-problematic of the three ... is myopic and perhaps delusional.

Headshot JoJo chased the kid into a corner from which no escape route was clearly visible.

Skateboard guy had already committed a physical assault and was attempting to disarm him.

Hell, even Kung-fu Kick guy had committed an assault.

Amputee EMT ... arguably was moving toward Kyle (agreed “in his general direction”), but had NOT assaulted him and had raised his hands in submission.

You are just arguing ... Hell, I don’t know why. Maybe you missed my point.

Indeed.

The same can be said of 75% of my posts.

Statistically, it seems very revealing that Rittenhouse fired on 3 BLM/AntiFa sympathizers and all 3 happened to have violent criminal records.

it appears to have been a violation of a condition of his deferred adjudication. That does not make it a felony.

You really need to seek a refund on that FaceBook law degree.
