Excuse the meme, but look at the pic in the lower right corner.

Aggietard thinks that's perfectly legal to do. Someone can point a gun at the air inches from your body and its k.

No one knows.

Of the three shootings, his is the most problematic for young Kyle on the issue of self defense.

Yes, he approached Kyle carring a weapon, but he has the same 2nd Amendment rights as anyone else. (Probation violation was not known to Rittenhouse.) The video does not show him pointing the weapon at Kyle, and he had his hands raised in submission.

This is the one that should worry the defense team.

He was trying to lock in on a head shot. See an optometrist at your earliest convenience.

He has to spin everything to fit his narrative. It was obvious the felon was going to shoot him, he draws the gun as if to shoot. Secondly, he admitted his intention to kill Kyle, so there's that.

So Hank can split the hairs of this statement. I’m here to help.

I am genuinely curious what “narrative“ you might be referencing.

I have said repeatedly that I think Kyle was factually defending himself.

I have said repeatedly that I think he will prevail on the self-defense justification.

I have never said that anyone he shot was a good guy. The ONLY thing I have said is that there were three separate shootings and, if I were defending Kyle, this is the one that would cause me the greatest concern.

Not because I support anything the marchers did or anything this Gaige individual did. Simply because the video evidence on this shooting is more ambiguous than the other two.

I have absolutely no understanding whatsoever why you people have so much difficulty grasping that not everything in the world is going to be 100% the way you want it to be.

I find it for more fulfilling to come here and think that perhaps I make one person out of 10 actually think, while simultaneously ruffling the feathers of the other nine myopic morons.

Kyle was literally inches from death. You can see from the image. I can post the big one if you like.

I’m more interested to know which bullet wound first victim died from. I have seen some say he was shot in the back and the head wound was a graze. Not sure if that’s true but would love to see the autopsy report.

The coroner report describes the head wound as a superficial graze.

JoJo “mini Steve Austin” Rosen-whatever bled out through a wound in his groin area and another thru a lung.
quote:

Dr. Kelley of the Milwaukee Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an autopsy on Joseph Rosenbaum. Dr. Kelley indicated that Rosenbaum had a gunshot wound to the right groin which fractured his pelvis, a gunshot wound to the back which perforated his right lung and liver, a gunshot wound to the left hand, a superficial gunshot wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead.
honestly, that sounds like more bullets than young Kyle fired. I suppose it is possible that the pistolero near the street actually did hit him as well.

A split second delay by Rittenhouse and it would have been Rittenhouse’s brain-mist floating in the ether instead of the medic’s aerosolized bicep....

Kyle must’ve targeted the 3 people there with violent pasts. CNN tells me the protestors are there singing songs of peace, eating baked goods, holding each other while crying, etc

Yet now you admit that Lin Wood said no such thing

That’s correct...he never said specifically any of the shootings would be a problem....you stated one specific shooting would be (the one with the guy coming at him with gun haha).....I stated that he says otherwise......because the dude jumped to his defense almost immediately. He didn’t say it with words, he said it with his actions of jumping to his defense.

Man, you being a lawyer you really know how to leave yourself open to litigation that in the end makes you look really bad.

I am no lawyer, but I would feel pretty confident in my abilities to argue a case against you....I think you can infer by others responses here that they hold the same opinions on your legal representation abilities as I do.

Now go get after it AggieHank and fight the good fight!

There was a handgun discharged at that time based on the NYT’s video analysis. Was it his?
pretty good evidence it was the talk bearded guy in grey camo pants seen in the videos, followed around by the stumpy bitch with the blm backpack. Pet good chance they are agitators that fired into the air to provoke what ended up happening

That sure looks like a pistol pointed at Rittenhouse to me.
