I do something similar most weeks. Either chipotle chicken bowls with quinoa instead of rice or chicken shawarma bowls with quinoa. But I prefer quinoa anyways ...

If you like single season mysteries I really enjoyed some shows BBC has put out, Prime use to have a lot of them. The Missing and Broadchurch are must watch shows, The Fall is really good as well ...
