Been looking around but still haven’t seen anything that suggest that. I assume he is still on social media playing tough guy. “Coulda shoulda woulda bitch”

He does not seem to have been a convicted felon, but rather on some sort of deferred adjudication ... with the condition that he not possess weapons.
I am sure the probation department is working on his MTR. It has only been two business days

Pahahahaha well of course not that would probably trigger somebody with a micro aggression or something

Seriously, possession of the weapon likely violates the terms of his deal. He is likely facing an MTR in the near future.
Not sure what crime you allege he was committing, aside from the conditionsl release violation.
Is it illegal to possess a handgun in Wisconsin?

There was a handgun discharged at that time based on the NYT’s video analysis. Was it his?

Hank's point of it only being two business days stands. They won't release this info yet until the investigation is complete.

Of the three shootings, his is the most problematic for young Kyle on the issue of self defense.
Yes, he approached Kyle carring a weapon, but he has the same 2nd Amendment rights as anyone else. (Probation violation was not known to Rittenhouse.) The video does not show him pointing the weapon at Kyle, and he had his hands raised in submission.
This is the one that should worry the defense team.

Watch it again. He had his hands raised in submission, but as soon as Kyle lowered his AR he charged at him.

Don’t be a dick go watch the videos you can see him pretend to submit then try to move in to shoot Kyle it is plain as day. It is text book perfidy and he got what he deserved his own comments later was he regretted hesitating and not killing Kyle.

Let’s see: In his case,2 counts
1. Possession
2. Brandishing
His arse should be gone for a minimum of 5 years.

*it would be a fascinating study (in a vacuum) to analyze the responses to you if you wrote the exact same post written under the pseudonym of a known conservative poster.

I would disagree even if this guy didn't show up on video after surgery on his arm saying he intended to kill Rittenhouse and only regrets the slight hesitation (that allowed Rittenhouse to, for lack of a better term "disarm" the MF)...

I heard not to long ago that one of the victims that died had a gunshot would to the back from the opposite side Kyle was on. Could this dumbass fake medic have shot skateboard guy by accident? You for sure hear some other shots besides that rifle in that encounter.
