I’m pretty sure the arm bandit is the guy who fired the round off before he put a round in Rosenbaums dome.

Dawgirl linked a pretty solid analysis that it was this guy in the gray cammo and black ski cap.

I agree this.

Jojo has 5 bullet wounds. I only hear 4 shots from Kyle.

Am I missing something?

Have you seen that he allegedly stated his intention to kill the kid?

Isn’t it enough that he was disarmed? You want a leg, too?

3. ambiguous video.

.......of a dude who was at one point, pointing a gun at the defendant. Who later stated he wishes he would have killed Kyle (fact).

I mean I just don’t know what else to say.

The star witness i.e. victim ( ) is a horrible witness, it just isn't going to happen. Its beyond a bad case, this is a loser case on every level.

The witness himself might have to admit to misdemeanor or felony behavior on the stand without any protections in place.

Nah, no liar claim from me. I have no reason to doubt your claims. Thanks for attempting to justify your “lawyer” abilities though.

I’ll just stick to incompetent counsel after reading through your post on this matter.

Seriously, possession of the weapon likely violates the terms of his deal. He is likely facing an MTR in the near future.

Not sure what crime you allege he was committing, aside from the conditionsl release violation.

Is it illegal to possess a handgun in Wisconsin?

he was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm. he is a convicted felon. he has felony burglary charges. you are a moron. im sure he will get a 90 day PV sometime in the future.

I think others are saying is that the prior felony charges didn't end up with a felony conviction. So, its possible under a plea deal or other that he wasn't allow to have a weapon... but its not necessarily a crime to possess the gun. I would say he probably engaged in a crime doing what he was doing, but not sure that would be a great case either.

Either way, he is more or less a defenses wet dream - this is not a good case to prosecute on multiple levels.

The DA is going to have to find a way out of this one.

You're either an idiot or didn't watch the video.

A couple in St Louis was charged for brandishing a firearm at trespassers threatening them on their own property.

That dude chased Kyle with a hand gun, was attempting to harm him, and when he was shot had the gun pointed at Kyle.

Oh yea. Exactly. He was pointing it a few inches to the side of Kyle, after chasing after him, after Kyle had been assaulted by people he was marching with.

You better thank god breathing is reflexive....

I'm not even sure having the gun makes much of a difference, I mean for defense purposes it does. But let's pretend he doesn't even have a gun, was the shooting justified or reasonable considering the context of everything going on?

I would say clearly it was. The guy was in the process of taking his gun, or trying to, or about to assault him. Rambo had several opportunities to stick a few rounds in him, and showed restraint.

The guy is simply lucky to be alive considering his stupidity.

He’s definitely still in the hospital, wouldn’t be surprised if he has cops guarding his room 24/7.
