I hope a miracle happens and it’s successful. I’m pointing out BR culture and history. I think the funds need to go to hiring more poleece and building more jails.

I have familiarity with the NFL leagues beyond this thread. My husband is very involved with youth sports through our kids. I’ve had knowledge that this was a thing for like a year now. The NFL does provide a large portion of startup costs and standard league costs. My husband has had calls with the NFL about establishing it where we live.

I support wise tax increases - this initiative is not free, will be paid by taxpayers in EBR Parish or elsewhere, and will not result in anything more than increased 'teen' violence. It is obvious that you do not have even a modicum of common sense.
In this case, do you envision that a flag football venue will teach values in folks participating? Again, the root issue is parenting and upbringing. If you cannot realize that, well I suppose you are ignorant and without a modicum of common sense (as such a progressive lib).

Just stop all welfare. It will take a few years to cycle all the bad teens and young ones out maybe 20 years. But after 20 years …. No welfare cures the teens problem ….
