My baseline is the American Indian. Because everything that was done to black people in this country was also done to them (except bringing them here...they were already here.). They were slaves (for longer than black people), they were treated identically to black people with regard to Jim Crow and segregation, etc. They have higher rates of poverty, a higher percentage without health insurance, are killed at higher rates by po-lice than back people, have higher suicide rates and shorter lifespans than black Americans, have the highest school drpout rates of any race, only 7% will ever earn a Bachelor's degree, as opposed to almost 28% of black Americans, etc., etc., etc.
I don't think there's a single category that any other racial group beats them in, except one.
Black rates of homicide and violent crime are still twice what they are for the Native American community.
And the Native American rates are over five times what they are for whites.
So sure, poverty and disadvantage explains some of it. No doubt.
But it doesn't explain all of it. "Twice" is a big difference, especially when the differences in disadvantages are small and all of them favor blacks.

Big dude in grey was breaking up two of the girls fighting on the ground. Big woman in yellow with the gun in her hand grabbed him by his hair and pulled him to the ground. He got up and walked up to her and shot her.
ETA: it wasn’t the guy trying to break up the fight. It looks like another woman joined in to break up the fight and got pulled to the ground. After that the guy walked up and shot her.

Wildest part to me here, is those kids/ girls gotta be super young. Like 10-12? You see the mom in the yellow and the girls fighting are quite a bit shorter and still petite. HS girls would be the same size as her generally speaking, and middle school girls close to the same or maybe a little shorter.

What are their horrendous prospects? The social safety net supplies shelter, food, day care, schooling, and free medical.
In a city like Memphis blacks control the schools, all government administration, the police department, all aspects of local government.

No, just general numbers.
However, a quick search suggests that on-reservation behavior is much worse than off reservation behavior.
