Correct. Most kids are bullied for they way the dress (Stupidly) or act (Weird as a three dollar bill). Perhaps they should consider why they are being bullied and change what it is that is causing them to be bullied.

Registered means nothing. He may have been 18 at the time and changed anyways. Could even be a troll type of registering. Donating to progressive affiliations speaks more to his political views.
