He fancies himself to be Mr. Spock.

No emotion, just rationality and logic.

Which is fine, because being logical and rational is very important.

Actually its exactly like that . The US has not declared a war in 70 years, yet the elites seem to get us in the thick of battle about 33 times in that 70 years.

Only when doing analytical or other behaviors that are EV+ when emotions are removed. That's the important caveat.

Even things like poker. I play for fun occasionally and not to optimize my choices/outcomes.

They have a list of prosecutions that they’ll ONLY pursue if they win all or part of Congress.

How can they pursue prosecutions if they win all or part of Congress?

State-based prosecutions? Why would winning Congress affect those?

Interpretation of the law is a whole other subject. I’m talking about rulings and orders that directly flaunt the laws as written. These are what I consider Lawfare. The rule of law is neither Republican or Democrat, it is as it is written. The law doesn’t take sides.

You’d be hard pressed to find a single instance of a Republican/conservative judge who has issued a ruling or order that directly contradicts the written laws of our nation. However, these Democrat and Bush appointed judges do this on an almost daily basis. That is why this is not a “both sides do it” issue.

They will lie in Congressional hearings, then pass it over to their puppet state judges wherever they need to. Are you going to say that the democrats have never held circus hearings to drive specious prosecutions?

"Legals systems" includes the admin using subpoenas, grand juries, threats of prosecution, etc.

This is like a Monty Python skit. Just silliness

Did a Cali judge stop ballot segregation of possible illegal alien ballots? YES
Did the DOJ request to segregate ballots stop illegals from voting? NO

Did a Boasberg ruling stop the DOJ from investigating the FED? YES
Did impaneling a grand jury stop the Fed from performing its duty? NO

Would a ruling by Boasberg to unseal Ilhans search warrant impede the investigation? YES
Does a request to seal the search warrant stop Ilhan from remaining in the US or the Congress? NO

No even close to being examples of the admin using lawfare. It just reinforces the point of posters on here that you have chosen a side, and your main purpose is to deflect from their guilt

What the judge is saying is quite clear. The necessary ballots for a sweeping DSA victory in CA have already been mailed out, we're not screwing this up now.

You may want to learn how to respond relevantly

quote:

You're ignoring the definition he used. For the third time.

By the definition he provided, and within the context he requested, it is lawfare.

All you're doing is saying that lawfare is something else, which proves my point.

Bush appointed judges are almost exclusively conservative

And yes, even the 5th circuit gets reversed on occasion, and they're the most conservative appellate circuit in the US federal system.

And?

What does that have to do with this
