Very good questions. The sort of questions that need answers before we can ascertain whether or not there's something criminal going on.
I listened to the interview one time - my takeaway was she was talking about legal challenges to election processes, which I certainly hope is happening because mail-in voting is out of control. Anyway, back to my takeaway - she was talking about coordinating responses to those legal challenges.

Sounds like they are preparing for what they consider frivolous lawsuits after the election.
Will be funny when it’s Biden who loses and files the lawsuits.
An audience that large won’t coordinate blatant fraud. But they could certainly coordinate “gray area fraud”. Things like mass mailing ballots. Harvesting. Etc.
