Because openly implying as SOSs of key battle ground states in a federal election that they are working together to keep a certain candidate they do not like from winning an election is most certainly illegal. She quite literally said "sham lawsuits" ... "PR campaigns masquerading as lawsuits" and she mentioned the Secs of state from those states are all seeing them.
To be clear, I'm not arguing I agree with her that they're sham/pr campaigns. I think there are legit mail-in voting issues that need to be legally addressed.

You know exactly what she means. Otherwise you would have used "sham lawsuits" instead of "legal challenges" up until now.
You're basically saying you agree with her without saying you agree with her. Why would it be a SOS's job to coordinate against legal challenges to an election? Shouldn't they want it proven that everything was on the up and up in a court of law? If it's a sham/pr campaign, it will get thrown out with the quickness; no need to have multiple SOS's coordinate against them. Now if they think the lawsuits have teeth...
