they are done for today.....waiting ot hear the next date to deliver decisions and when the end of the term is (and all decisions will be read by date)

Any idea on when that will be?

Do we think there is an consideration for either dumping it on the 4th of July weekend (or waiting until after for political reasons)?

Not really. They're handing that to us, the general populace.

Have you ever heard of a US election where the results were determined by mail-in ballots received after election day?

I mean, this doesn't seem like much of a loophole. If there is a conspiracy to create enough fake mail-in ballots to change an election, why would they need to rely on the ballots coming in late?

Think about what the conspiracy entails: You need names on the voter rolls, you need fake applications for mail-in ballots, and then you need the fake ballots themselves, preferably with matching signatures.

Thats a lot of pre-election day work right there. It doesnt seem like they need to rely on a claim the ballots were post marked on time but received late.

Right... if I'm reading the case right... the police wanted all cell phone data around the credit union that was robbed to find the 1 which matched up with the robbery to make their identification

Thus police got lots of people's information who had nothing to do with the robbery

Barret and I understand Constitutional authority and limitations of Congress.

You do not. Or, to put it more accurately, I imagine your emotional state is affecting your analytical ability.

The very recent Los Angeles mayoral primary immediately comes to mind

Spencer Pratt seemed likely to make the general election for like 2 days after election day... then all of a sudden he didn't

Also: do we know which Justices, if any, have NOT written an Opinion this cycle? That is sometimes telling on what the next one will be

Court says asking for Geofence data IS a 4th Amendment search

So police need a proper search warrant for that type of information

Good ruling.

Yes, that was the issue. Gorsuch's concurrence is way less convoluted reasoning than the majority. It's one of the better 4th Amendment SCOTUS writings I've seen in a long time.

A postmark machine (premetered mail) does not get around the official postmark given to all mail once it hits the regional hub.

Yeah, but was that because of mail in votes received after election day, or just a large volume of mail in votes?

Both.

There was also a ton of his votes DQed over signature issues while votes for the other two candidates didn’t have such issues.

Spencer was never going to make the runoff lmao. You just don't like the way votes are counted.

There's no reason any state in this country should not have 100% reporting within 6-8 hours of polls closing

Zero reason

Fraudulently? No and you shouldn't either.

It's kind of like how in so many places, the law has become very arbitrary thanks to progressive "justice" by purchased DAs. As a result, law is increasingly arbitrary by the populace as well... and it shows.

Yeah, if someone robs me at gunpoint my biggest concern is definitely whether or not the government will see my text messages during the time of the crime.

It’s the person who was 1 block away and had nothing to do with any of it that’s concerned about the govt seeing his private conversations
