Yes, that was the issue. Gorsuch's concurrence is way less convoluted reasoning than the majority. It's one of the better 4th Amendment SCOTUS writings I've seen in a long time.

So if the Court that will re-hear the issue says the warrant is invalid...

Can the investigators just put in the correct warrant for the robber since they (I assume) already have the information at hand and now know what & who they're looking for?

Or is the geofence data just completely removed from the case as bad evidence?

B/c if it's the latter... it seems like a bank robber may get to walk free

It just means the right has to now start manufacturing late fraudulent ballots like the godless communists do. Do it better than the communists and they’ll be crying to pass voter laws

I agree with this, but I don’t think the Constitution requires that.

The SCOTUS opinion here is the correct one. The MS policy is stupid, but being stupid is not a valid reason for it to be struck down.

If people would get up off their asses and get Congress to do something besides absolute nothingness and then when they actually do something its not just trivial bare minimum nonsense...

Maybe, just maybe our Federal system can actually start working how its supposed to again...

Because this whole Executive/Judicial overweighted scheme isn't how this is supposed to work.

There was also a ton of his votes DQed over signature issues while votes for the other two candidates didn’t have such issues.

There was also the issue of the 3rd Place candidate on Election Day outpacing the 1st and 2nd Place candidates.

I tend to agree with this. I don't like Mississippi's law, I don't like the decision, but I think it's correct and can appreciate Barrett's reasoning. Congress can fix this and the court has shown they're not going to legislate from the bench.

Barret and I understand Constitutional authority and limitations of Congress.

You do not. Or, to put it more accurately, I imagine your emotional state is affecting your analytical ability.

I hope.you realize the majority's reasoning in this decision supports my position that the birthright citizenship issue can be solved by a statutory definition of the term. Because that is exactly what they have said with this ruling.

Correct.

If not mistaken today’s ruling only deals with Fed related elections right? So rogue states like Cali can still doctor up and do whatever they want for all other offices like Mayor and Gov.

This could all be solved quite easily by merely defining what is "Election Day".

Is Election Day considered a defined day where people submit their ballots before an agreed upon time of Election Day and if ballots are not received by the agreed upon time those ballots are not part of the final tally or is Election Day in reality election month? Or is Election Day whatever time it takes for Democratic candidates to find enough mail in ballots to claim victory?

It seems the current meaning of Election Day, particularly in Blue controlled states, cities, precincts is using the ERIC system and waiting to see how many ballots are needed and then manufactured by Democratic Socialist candidates to claim victory over their political opponents.

Think about it. +95% of protracted elections, where ballot counting continues days and weeks after Election Day favors the Democratic Socialist candidates.......hmmmmmm?

Amy was such a failure and weak selection.

The Supreme Court just continued to compromise our elections.

Supreme Court Rejects President Trump’s Bid to Toss E Jean Carroll Sexual Abuse Case – Trump Responds!

quote:

President Trump will have to pay E. Jean Carroll $5 million.

The jury decided that E. Jean Carroll did not prove Trump raped her.

However, the jury said E. Jean Carroll proved Trump sexually abused her when he ‘inserted fingers into her vagina.’

In a separate defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll, In January 2024, Trump was ordered to pay $83.3 million in damages to Carroll.

Last month it was reported that the Justice Department has launched an investigation into the funding E. Jean Carroll received by billionaire Reid Hoffman for lawsuits against President Trump.

President Trump responded to the Supreme Court’s decision to reject his request to review the E. Jean Carroll case.

If there is a conspiracy to create enough fake mail-in ballots to change an election, why would they need to rely on the ballots coming in late?

Gotta see the vote totals to know how many you need and it’s really only feasible if it’s a narrow margin
