Do some of you think that some inmates are folk heroes dispensing justice via homosexual anal rape?
Or, is it too hard to come to grips with the fact that most convicted people will serve out their sentence in a climate controlled environment with food provided by taxpayers?
And why would anyone want our prisons to be so out of control that the inmates are dispensing punishment to each other?

The State cannot punish people in cruel and unusual ways.
but many people deserve to be punished in cruel and unusual ways.

Most prisons aren't a killing/rape zone for these "celebrity" types. There is always the exception of someone that goes in and gets brute stomped but this kid wasnt a high ranking gang banger which always comes with a target on your back. He also didn't do a crime that would make him a target like rape/kill a woman or child. The ones that might have an issue with what he did is some of the white supremacist gangs but they don't have as much control and power as they used to. They actually keep more of a low profile and laid back now days than the bloods and mexican gangs. Even in Texas
