I just saw the video, and there is no way that ICE agent needed to save how own life by shooting that women. It's a close call either way, but the women was trying to drive away with the agent's left leg somewhat lined up with her left side headlight. It may be legal, but his life was not in danger.

Eh. Thats easy to say after the fact. When you feel your life is in danger is a very personal moment that can never be informed by what happens next.
Could he jump? Maybe. Could she swerve toward him again? Maybe. How many times should he dodge a car trying to run him over Charlottesville style before he’s allowed to defend his life. It’s not so clear when you are facing down a two ton vehicle.

If you champion someone’s death, you’re a loser regardless of political views. And Police shouldn’t be pointing guns at people just because. If you’re that scary that all of your power comes from a weapon, get another job. Lethal force and discharging firearms should be a last resort, not because you’re angry. I remember a time when the right were scared of a police state and now they champion it.
