This country is only as strong as its weakest link. I am real sure the very same can be said about leadership.

When I'm looking for a competent doctor to cure my sickness/illness empathy is my #1 concern.............

Wtf is “cultural competency”?

I mean, really… how does that lend itself to a higher standard of care?

When did empathy ever cure a sinus infection?

Is cultural competency when a black woman goes to the doctor for migraines- only a black doctor can tell her it’s because her weave too tight?

lol. I don't care is a doctor cusses every other word and calls me every name in the book if I need medical intervention and he's great at what he does.

So if there is any kind of medical "error" how long would it take for the black patient to file a medical malpractice suit?

If you want to destroy the public faith and credibility of a profession or institution, eliminating meritocracy within it would go a long way to accomplish that.
