When my wife was trying to decide on a Oncologist, we went to visit a young black female doctor, who was attractive and very personable and friendly to us.
However, because of rampant DEI policies and not knowing anything about this doctor, it was a big nope.

She says all doctors are white males. I don't know the breakdown but I would bet half are women entering medical school. But sure, give me a DEI black doctor that took 8 years to finish med school because they wouldn't boot him.
