re: RCP: FBI quietly edits crime stats, crime is actually +4.5%, not -2.1%

I tell you, I am very shocked.

The entire talking point he’s defending was built around FBI crime statistics that they themselves have now revealed were underreported. But don’t hold your breath waiting for SFPs mea culpa. All you’ll get is 37 pages of gaslighting and insults.

Yet another failed moderate talking point.

The FBI has done this outright twice now. So it is direct evidence they are political.
No one holds them accountable but a sternly worded letter or a repetitive boring diatribe of Sean Hannity.

His go-to strategy when he's been proven wrong is creating a false argument (that no one has made) then arguing against that argument. It's like clockwork. Stay tuned for more of that in this thread.

And make no mistake... that 4.5% is way under reported. It's significantly higher.

Violent crime is down cause its not being reported!
In 2024
Not 2022
You do realize you're (a) supporting the FBI data now and (b) a higher increase in 2022 means an even larger % drop in 2024?

But we are supposed to believe the same FBI when they say crime was down last year? When we KNOW big blue cities are underreporting or failing to report altogether.

SFP is officially the Oweo of Poliboard.
And he is still in here arguing crime is down

Apparently everyone knew the FBI was underreporting in 2022, but not 2023 or now.

If you live anywhere or near anywhere that is a large population center with traditionally higher crime, you know crime is not down. Not even close. Then go online and look for videos of those street takeovers that are wreaking havoc across the country... Holy shite. And the mainstream news NEVER reports on those and I think we know why. Those things are regularly hundreds to thousands of people, taking over an intersection, highway/interstate etc., a large number of those in the vehicles and in attendance are brandishing weapons or at least illegally concealing weapons, they light shite on fire, people get taken out by vehicles, there are fights, shootings etc. Not to mention the vehicle theft in places like New Orleans... and carjackings... it seems like random, excessively violent attacks on white people and Asians have increased exponentially. I know a few different women who have been randomly sucker punched or attacked by black pandhandlers in places like D.C... Armed robberies, car jackings etc are all out of control... the flash mob robberies.
But don't believe your eyes. Trust the government and city administrators who don't want to look bad when they tell you crime is down and you are safer than you've ever been.

One of the big reasons no one on here respects you is that, once you take your contrarian little position, you’ll argue on it forever and never admit you were wrong- even when you clearly are.
But I'm not. Why would I admit I'm wrong when I'm not?

Not even. I've posted directly form the cities themselves, not the FBI report.
