Rand's neighbors are in disbelief that journalists are blaming it on gardening dispute

All seven neighbors expressed shock at the “scary” attack on Paul as he was doing yard work last Saturday and they dismissed reports that it was the result of poor landscaping. However, they are puzzled about why Boucher, 59, allegedly tackled Paul, 54, who was wearing ear plugs at the time. Boucher has been charged with assault.
“The stories of a ‘landscaping dispute’ or a dispute of any sort between Rand Paul and Rene Boucher are erroneous and unfounded. The reason for Mr. Boucher’s bizarre attack is known only to him. Statements to the contrary are irresponsible and unnecessary,” said neighbor Travis Creed.

Ever had several broken ribs from a blindside attack, dipshit? I have. Never saw it coming. I was totally relaxed.
It takes forever to heal and every breath hurts. I also had the misfortune to catch a cold while healing. Every cough and sneeze was agony. Turned into pneumonia because I didn’t breathe deep. I was 25.
There’s no excuse for such a cowardly blindsided attack. Ever.

Pretty bizarre. There must have been some serious provocation to elicit that kind of outburst, like assaulting one of the man's children (Not saying that happened, but this wasn't some random sucker punch. There had to be some real motive.)

It takes a pretty good shot to break ribs; I never understood how that whacko pulled off such a hit. He's no Arden Key.
Maybe Rand will learn a lesson from this; such being that the Dem Party's (violently aggressive) agendas that He indirectly enables by opposing/killing Trump Policy - even in solid Principle - ultimately has a cost.
Republicans need to come together like the Dems do and while the Dems are on the criminal and inter-Party ropes...take them out as an obstructionist power. Once they are powerless...then things like Healthcare, Border security/Immigration Reform, Education and Entitlement reform and across the Cultural board can be redirected toward Constitutional principles as opposed to the Collectivist Authoritarian/Fascist Model.
It's a handful of Senate and Electoral Republicans who still don't get it. They will...soon enough...as the greater Society goes to hell.
