The practice of filling out mail in ballots for those who chose not to vote is why Georgia has two Democrat Senators.
Every other County had their votes counted 3 hours after the polls closed except for the huge, black, Democratic counties Fulton, DeKalb, and Clayton which counted votes for six days until the Dems won.
It doesn’t take six days to “count” votes it takes six days to mark tens of thousands of mail in ballots.

This is from ChatGPT on whether ballots need to be postmarked by Election Day.
So basically if you don’t have a postmark date, it can still count if you sign and dated the ballot by Election Day. I’m sure all those ballots are on the up and up.

If you send something by mail it has a postmark date. My brother tried for an entire weekend to figure out a way to send his taxes in one day late - how to do it without a postmark. Fed Express and UPS? Nope postmark. Drop it off at a post office mailbox a day late but really early? Nope.
He ended up biting the bullet and IRS didn't fine him (maybe there is a one day grace?). He slipped through. I said, Bro, you should be a consultant!
