This is an incoherent statement on its own.
It's criticizing the love of power while glorifying the power of love. If you love the power of love, is that as equally bad as loving power, itself? What if one loves power because they are a loving person and want to use power to share love?
Love, itself, is not powerful in the sense that the slogan is providing, as "power" seems to be equated with force or ability to create change, while love is an emotion. An emotion is powerless without both the will/desire and the ability to use it to enact change.
God is both love and power. He is sovereign over all things, and does all His holy will, and yet He is loving to the point of sending His own Son to die for us sinners, to reconcile us to Himself, so that He doesn't have to use His powerful justice against us (He set His justice against Christ, in our stead).

There are YouTube channels of young guys climbing structures and cranes in the middle of the night. It gives me the heebee jeebees watching them without head protection and using questionable handholds etc.
However, I do have a lot of admiration for their taking such risks to have such an exhilarating experience doing what would never even enter the minds of the thousands of people walking by every day.
I chatted with one of them in the comments and he promised they would never damage anything and seemed like a good kid lol.
