It wasn’t rhetorical. Maybe I am wrong in my observation. I appreciate all the responses. I think it’s sad that news sources aren’t trusted- but I’m pretty sure we’ve had this issue for decades. I was hoping with the rise of independent journalism and political pressure maybe some change had happened
Do you all feel a shift in the media to be more balanced?

Trump and team have applied a lot of pressure here. It feels to me like it has moved more toward center in mainstream media. Obviously still a ton to do to ensure people are getting the news instead of someone’s version of the news. Full disclosure I’m neither republican nor democrat.

This is called excellent parenting and excellent empathy and listening. In other words “hippy dippy progressive filth “

You love her don’t you. It’s ok. She’s pretty amazing, but she has nothing to do with this and also it’s on ABC.

It’s so obvious what this was. And it worked. Change the narrative, reignite the base by making it seem plausible that Obama would be arrested. Buy time for Epstein fight… come on now people. You know it’s true.

Except the Epstein List…
You know he leaned into this and other conspiracy theories to help get him elected. I think what’s really clear is he is full of sh*t and fooled a lot of people- whether he believed it or not he used it. This is the price he is paying. Seems fair.
Imagine who was in them on their side!

So when does ICE pick up Elon?

Right! How could it possibly be his fault? He is the victim here.
re: Which lasted longer Tump and Elon or Trump and Sloppy Steve Bannon

I am just shocked that this relationship didn’t last. Trump has a history of long standing relationships based on honest and mutual trust. He’s of the highest character and therefore manages his relationships carefully and with regard for long term synergy. Shocked.

Ever notice it’s never his fault when he makes decisions that he later regrets?

It may be time to call this administration and its first three months what it has been- a disaster. Seems they are getting border security right. Everything else has been full of missteps and self inflicted wounds. They are not competent. Accidental mailings and postings, bad confidentiality hygiene at the highest and most important level, weak/manic and disastrous tariff policy.. the list goes on.
So if we don’t know should we leave rates alone? Honestly asking your opinion..

Lowering interest rates now would be the a punch that knocks us out for a very long time. Anyone with basic economics 101 knowledge knows this.
I watched it and read transcripts and was paraphrasing. I read your points and will re-watch. Thanks.
